This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by ITSWS Dairy, a product of ITSWS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for ITSWS Dairy services are non-refundable under any circumstances. This is a non-refundable service. No refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused periods, or early termination. Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed or claimed back.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your service:You must inform us at least 30 days (1 month) prior to the next billing date. Cancellation requests made after this period may result in charges for the next billing cycle. Cancellation must be submitted through official communication channels (email/support)

Billing Terms

All billing amounts must be paid in advance. Payments are due within the first week of every month. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or restriction
